Suicide.
Suicide is killing one's self, usually in response to an illness like depression or anxiety. Suicide is usually the result of feeling there is absolutely no more hope and the only way to end the pain is to cut off all life. Forms of suicide can range from taking pills, to shooting one's self, to jumping off a building or bridge. Suicide should never be considered an option and people should be reached out to before they get remotely close to that point.
